Bio:
Yoni Browning joined the Allen Institute for Neural Dynamics in 2022 as part of the electrophysiology team. He earned his PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Washington, where he studied the monkey hippocampus with Drs. Beth Buffalo and Adrienne Fairhall. While there, Yoni used electrophysiology to record neurons from the hippocampus of monkeys navigating in virtual reality. Prior to this, Yoni received a B.S. in Applied and Computational Math Sciences from the University of Washington.
