Research Associate II

Bio:

​​Jessica joined the Allen Institute in 2018 as a research associate on the Electrophysiology team, where she works to broaden the understanding of intrinsic electrophysiological properties of neurons in human and mouse cortex.

Prior to joining the Institute, Jessica earned a B.S. in Biophysics from the University of Washington. During her undergraduate studies, Jessica worked in the Cell Biomechanics Lab, where she helped to characterize different cell types, primarily cardiomyocytes, by studying contractile function.
