Charles Roll

Research Associate

Charles is a research associate on the flow cytometry team at the Allen Institute for Immunology. He is involved with developing, expanding, and executing flow cytometry panels for the experimental immunology team. Charles worked for 3 years at the Research Instrumentation Core Facility at Brigham Young University. There he worked with researchers to develop and perform novel experiments utilizing flow cytometry. Some of his previous research includes studying a phage therapy against American Foulbrood disease in honeybees with Dr. Sandra Hope and the development of two flow cytometry panels at Seattle Children’s Immunology Diagnostic laboratory. Charles received his degree in Microbiology from Brigham Young University.
