Creating an image-based map of cell states from pluripotency through differentiation
February 19, 2021 | 10:00-11:30am PT, 1:00-2:30pm EST
The mission of the Allen Institute for Cell Science is to create dynamic and multi-scale visual models of cell organization, dynamics and activities that capture experimental observation, theory, and prediction to understand and predict cellular behavior in its normal, regenerative, and pathological contexts. In this presentation, learn about open data and analysis tools, cell lines, and other resources available from the Allen Institute for Cell Science as well as current research.
The presentation will be 45 minutes, followed by discussion.
