Research Engineer

Chek joined the Modeling team at the Institute for Cell Science in 2017. As a research engineer, Chek's main focus is working on label-free techniques to predict fluorescence images directly from transmitted-light images. Prior to joining the Institute, Chek worked on designing DDR memory controller subsystems.

Chek holds a Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from UC Davis, concentrating on scientific instrumentation design.
