OpenScope

2021 OpenScope Applicant Webinar

OpenScope Applicant Webinar

The OpenScope program opens the Allen Brain Observatory for scientists across the world to propose projects to be run with its cutting-edge scientific pipeline. Letters of intent for the 2021 application are due on September 22 for projects that will run from early 2022 into 2023.

At this webinar, attendees will be introduced to the NIH-supported OpenScope resource, meet the Allen Institute OpenScope program team, and learn about the application process, expectations, and recent selected projects. Attendees will also learn about the latest developments from the DANDI Archive and NWB projects, which are integrated with the OpenScope project ecosystem.

This webinar is open to scientists applying in the 2021 RFP, as well as to those interested in applying in future years. For current applicants, register by September 7 to also request individual consultations with OpenScope staff to discuss your application. Consultation times will be set based on applicants' time zones.
