Zoe Maltzer

Research Associate III

Zoe started at the Allen Institute in 2017 working on single molecule fluorescence in situ hybridization (smFISH) as part of the Human Cell Types team. Currently, she is on the mFISH survey team within the Imaging Department where she is working to build a high throughput pipeline for a highly multiplexed form of FISH in order to survey cell types in the brain.

Prior to joining the Allen Institute, Zoe was part of the Cooper Lab at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research center where she worked to identify components of molecular signaling pathways that affect cellular growth and migration in the early stages of breast cancer.
