Lindsay Ng

Research Associate II

Lindsay joined the Allen Institute in 2016 as a research associate on the Electrophysiology team. She works to characterize the electrophysiology, morphology, and transcriptomic profile of neurons using patch-seq—a method that combines patch clamp recording with RNA sequencing. Previously, Lindsay earned her B.S. in Neurobiology from the University of Washington. There, she worked as an undergraduate researcher under the guidance of Dr. Nephi Stella in neuropharmacology and Dr. Eric Klavins in synthetic biology.
