Project Coordinator II
Chris studied chemistry at the University of Washington, then worked in cell and molecular biology research labs in academia. Following that, he moved into industry where he developed primary and stem cell products for research applications.
Chris joined the Allen Institute in 2012 where he began working with the Methods Development team to develop and improve pipeline processes. During that time, his work focused on writing and maintaining SOPs, non-compliance reporting, and ensuing quality standards for equipment, reagents, and products.
Currently, Chris is a Project Coordinator with the Research Operations team working on the Operational Efficiency Initiative, which includes PLC development for multiple projects.
