Bio:

Marie joined the Allen Institute in 2023 as the inaugural member of the CRM team. She has dedicated her career to the nonprofit sector, building expertise in database management and CRM strategy since 2013.

At the Allen Institute, Marie leads the design, implementation, and optimization of core engagement platforms, including Raiser’s Edge NXT, Emma, and Almabase. She partners with teams across the organization to strengthen data integrity, streamline workflows, and ensure that colleagues have the tools and insights they need to cultivate meaningful, data-informed relationships.

With a background in both the technical and relational sides of database management, Marie is passionate about creating systems that not only meet organizational goals but also empower people to work with greater clarity and confidence. Her work emphasizes collaboration, efficiency, and long-term sustainability in data practices.

Outside of her professional role, Marie enjoys running after her two children, cooking and sewing.
