Community Programming, ERG Project Manager

Bio:

Jessica Rose joined the Allen Institute in 2018 and currently serves as the Community Programming and Employee Resource Group (ERG) Project Manager on the Culture and Community team. In her role, Jessica oversees the daily operations of the ERG program and develops inclusive community programming that fosters belonging and connection across the Institute. She leads initiatives such as the Culture & Community Speaker Series, which highlights scientists, researchers, and thought leaders from diverse backgrounds whose work and experiences expand perspectives within STEM.

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Project Management from Arizona State University, graduating with honors. Her academic foundation and professional experience reflect a strong commitment to collaboration, leadership, and strategic program development.

Passionate about building community, Jessica finds purpose in creating spaces where Allenites can connect, learn, and celebrate one another. She is especially dedicated to elevating voices from historically underrepresented groups in science and believes that embracing diverse perspectives leads to stronger ideas, deeper understanding, and more impactful discoveries.
