Bio:

Flea Folks is an Internal Communications and Events Specialist at the Allen Institute, where she co-leads strategic initiatives to inform, engage, and connect employees across the organization.

Prior to joining the Allen Institute, Flea held internal communications and content marketing roles at OfferUp, where she launched employee engagement programs, developed executive messaging, and managed multi-channel communications strategies. Flea has extensive experience crafting content for newsletters, intranets, and live events, as well as supporting leadership communications and organizational change initiatives. She is passionate about cats, soup, and plants in that order.
