Bio:

Cher Fuller is a seasoned Travel Operations Manager and Corporate Travel Analyst with over 15 years of experience delivering seamless, strategic travel solutions for global organizations. As Manager of Corporate Travel Programs at the Allen Institute, she leads all facets of business travel—from program design and vendor negotiations to risk mitigation, traveler support, and analytics—ensuring an efficient, cost-effective, and employee-focused travel experience.

Previously, Cher held a series of progressive roles at CWT, where she was a part of the team leading the management of the Amazon travel account. Though employed by CWT, her embedded position with Amazon allowed her to function as a key partner within their internal travel operations team. There, she led high-impact projects that improved global compliance, reduced costs, and enhanced service delivery across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions. Her portfolio includes strategic oversight of a $400MM global hotel program, driving significant gains in adoption, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Cher is known for turning complex travel needs into user-centric, scalable solutions through expert stakeholder collaboration, cross-functional leadership, and forward-thinking program development. Her areas of expertise include Concur Travel & Expense, hotel and accommodations management, policy governance, contract negotiation, and travel risk management. She has also played a pivotal role in optimizing online booking tools, redesigning internal resources, and increasing program compliance and utilization through targeted operational improvements.

Dedicated to staying at the forefront of industry innovation, Cher is actively involved in the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA). She serves on the board of the Puget Sound Business Travel Association (PSBTA) and contributes to GBTA’s global Inclusion & Culture Committee, advancing equity, representation, and leadership within the business travel community.
