Limited paid visitor parking is available at the Allen Institute building. Access to the garage is via Roy Street. There is also street parking along the surrounding streets. Local parking lots can be found on Parkopedia.
The Allen Institute is conveniently located along the South Lake Union Streetcar and several Seattle bus routes, including the 40, 62, 63, 64, 70, 83, 309, and Rapid Ride C.
