Panel Session:

Living Donors: How Volunteers Give Tissues and Time to Advance Science

Friday, February 14, 10:00-11:30am

The human brain remains one of the biggest mysteries in biology and, despite advances in technology, investigations into this organ are limited due to inherent ethical and access constraints. This session will highlight how brain tissue donation — both living tissue and post-mortem donations — is advancing biomedical research in unprecedented ways.
