Jennifer H. Pawlosky

Jennifer Pawlosky joined the Allen Institute in 2013. As Executive Director, Communications, she oversees communications strategy and execution for the Allen Institute. Previously, Pawlosky worked at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Seattle, where she led all development communications and marketing strategies and activities. Pawlosky oversaw marketing efforts for Arthur Andersen in Seattle, Dallas and Charlotte, N.C. She also led national media and public relations campaigns for the National Trust for Historic Preservation in Washington, D.C.
Pawlosky is a member of the Board of Directors and Co-Chair of the Program Committee for the Association for Independent Research Institutes (AIRI). She has held numerous community board positions and is currently a member of the board for the Mercer Island Youth and Family Services Foundation. Pawlosky received her B.A. in English Literature and Economics from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.
